FATHERHOOD IS SHAPING YOU.

At The Modern Dad, we support dads, dads-to-be, and father figures to better understand themselves, strengthen their wellbeing, and show up more intentionally at home and in life. Because when dads are doing better, families feel it too.

SOME DAYS YOU'RE PRESENT. SOME DAYS YOU'RE JUST GETTING THROUGH IT. YOUR DOING YOU'RE BEST AS A DAD, BUT IT DOESN'T ALWAYS FEEL LIKE ENOUGH. FATHERHOOD IS SHAPING YOU EVERYDAY - WHETHER YOU'RE PAYING ATTENTION TO IT OR NOT. THE ONLY QUESTION IS HOW INTENTIONAL YOU ARE ABOUT IT.

ONLINE, PRIVATE & SELF-PACED PROGRAMS FOR EVERYDAY DADS TO BUILD BETTER HABITS, STRONGER WELL-BEING & DEEPER CONNECTION AT HOME.

REAL. PRACTICAL. GROUNDED. TO THE POINT.
ABOUT US

REALITY, BELIEF & WHAT WE STAND FOR:

PROGRAM ONE

ALL IN DAD MODE

FOR THE DAD WHO WANTS TO BE MORE INTENTIONAL ABOUT THE MAN AND FATHER HE IS BECOMING.

You love your family. You work hard. You want to be present, patient and connected. You want your children to have a great childhood and create a home they feel safe, supported and loved in. But fatherhood doesn't come with a roadmap, and many dads find themselves navigating stress, relationships, emotions and responsibility without ever being taught how.

All In Dad Mode is a practical fatherhood and personal growth program designed to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships and become more intentional about the man and father you want to be. Through real conversations, practical tools and meaningful reflection, you'll gain greater awareness, stronger relationships and a clearer sense of how you want to show up in life and fatherhood.

This isn't about becoming a perfect dad. It's about becoming the kind of father who responds rather than reacts, creates a safe and connected home, and shows up for the moments that matter most. Because fatherhood doesn't just raise children—it raises fathers too.

PROGRAM TWO

THE AWARE DAD

FOR THE DAD WHO WANTS TO UNDERSTAND HIMSELF AND RESPOND DIFFERENTLY.

Ever notice the same situations trigger the same reactions?

Many fathers find themselves responding in ways they don’t fully understand. Losing patience, shutting down, becoming overwhelmed or repeating patterns they swore they’d never repeat. Often these reactions aren’t random—they’re shaped by experiences, beliefs and coping strategies developed long before we became dads.

The Aware Dad is designed to help you better understand yourself, your triggers and the hidden influences that shape how you show up in fatherhood, relationships and everyday life. Through practical learning, reflection and self-awareness exercises, you’ll explore topics such as fatherhood blueprints, emotional triggers, stress responses, attachment and nervous system regulation.

This isn’t about blame, getting stuck in the past or labelling yourself as broken. It’s about developing the awareness needed to pause, choose differently and become more intentional about the man and father you want to be. Because awareness creates choice—and choice creates change.

Ready to become more aware?

PROGRAM THREE

THE PATHWAY BACK

FOR DAD'S / DADS TO BE WHO HAVE PERPETRATED FAMILY VIOLENCE.

If something about the way you’re showing up at home needs to change, you already know it.

The Pathway Back is a deeply immersive program for Australian dads who are serious about stopping the perpetration of family violence and breaking harmful cycles that cause your family to suffer.

This program is for dads who are ready to take responsibility for their behaviour and do the work required to stop it continuing.

It goes beyond surface-level change— its about addressing the root cause. This is not easy work. But it is necessary work if you want to create safer, healthier homes and build a different future for your family.

LETS GET TO WORK

FOUNDERS STORY

Becoming a dad at 19 changed everything—often in ways that only became clear over time.

It revealed something I believe is still not spoken about enough: the intersection between mental health, wellbeing, and fatherhood. A space carrying enormous weight, yet still lacking real, relatable support for everyday dads.

Through lived experience and years working in mental health, trauma-informed practice, and community settings, I’ve seen the reality many men navigate behind closed doors.

I’ve also seen the other side—men becoming fathers and stepping into a more grounded, present, and connected version of themselves than they ever thought possible.

That contrast—between struggle and transformation—is the heartbeat of The Modern Dad.

We exist to support dads in doing the inner work that allows them to better understand themselves, break cycles, and show up more fully in their lives, relationships, and fatherhood.

Not perfectly. Not as someone else. But as the dad they are capable of becoming.

THE FULL STORY

A LETTER FROM US

Dads,

We know what you’re carrying.

Work. Family. Expectations. Trying to be better than what you grew up with. Figuring yourself out while raising someone else.

It can feel like a lot.

Breaking generational patterns. Looking after your health. Navigating relationships—with your partner, your kids, and yourself. Trying to find purpose, connection, and direction… all while managing pressure, doubt, and the weight of getting it right.

We see you.

And we’re not here to give you a rulebook or tell you how to be the perfect dad.

We’re here to walk alongside you as you figure out your way—so you can become the father you actually want to be.

Because fatherhood isn’t just about raising kids. It’s also shaping who you become.

And most of that happens in the background, whether you’re aware of it or not.

That’s the work most men never get space to do. And it matters more than most people realise.

That’s where The Modern Dad comes in.

Programs for dads, by dads—real, practical, and built for everyday life.

No fluff. Just tools, guidance, and honest conversations that help you understand yourself better and show up more intentionally at home.

It will challenge you. But it will also give you something most dads don’t get enough of—clarity.

Because when you start showing up differently, everything around you shifts with it.

This is just a starting point.
