THE AWARE DAD

Many fathers find themselves responding in ways they don’t fully understand—losing patience, shutting down, becoming overwhelmed or repeating patterns they promised themselves they’d never repeat.

Often these reactions aren’t random. They’re shaped by experiences, beliefs and coping strategies developed long before we became dads.

The Aware Dad is a practical fatherhood program designed to help you better understand yourself, your triggers and the hidden influences that shape how you show up in fatherhood, relationships and everyday life.

THE PATHWAY BACK

A specialised program for dads and dads-to-be who have used family violence and are committed to taking responsibility, breaking harmful cycles and creating lasting change.
